①Refers to the standard range

②The data refers to the approximation of the maximum load. Please refer to the specific performance curve for accurate figures. Ionization electrode current ≥5μA, the range of UV monitoring ionization current will be more wide.

③ Gas flow decreased with the rise of combustion air temperature, the power of burner reduction.

④ K burner becomes radiation heating flat flame burner if it's connected to burner block.

⑤ If R burner choose the continuously adjusting method, it can only co-use with burner brick, cannot use SiC ceramics combustion chamber.

①Natural gas L, cool air combustion, open combustion. Convert to standard power kw before gas flow calculation

②KIO 40 is a kind of ignition burner without adjustment.

③Flame temperature of K and R burner: 1600℃, H burner: 1500℃(in maximum power)

④The inner bore of burner brick (for KIO burners) tilts a angle of 6 degrees for R burner. For H burner, the inner bore of burner brick shapes cylindrical, measuring three times of inner diameter length (3XD).

⑤Dimension of KIO burner block may be calculated according to 4). For higher jet velocity, a smaller inner diameter may be chosen, close to the jet velocity of the KIC series burner.

⑥Diameter of flame is usually once to twice of burner brick outlet's.

⑦Reduced the power of burner will use different burner and ceramic flame pipe.

⑧If choose the burner R, a air volume regulating valve must be installed in the air pipe line.

According to the type of burner, the length of burner pipe is:

R, K burner L1=L2+15mm; H burner: L1=L2+65mm.

The depth of penetration is the sum of the length of steel burner pipe and ceramic bushing. Make sure the burner is in the furnace and the distance to the wall of furnace is less than 50mm.

KIO(A) burner is equipment with burner pipe

The length of burner L1 is the sum of the length of burner pipe and addutional burner pipe.

The position of the burner must be calculated by the fellowing formula(drawing 5): L2=W±50mm
